This policy describes how Earful, as the platform provider, handles information for the organizations that use it. Organizations act as the controllers of the responses they collect.

2. Information we process

Account information for organization users (name, email), and the submission content that respondents provide through campaigns, which we process on behalf of the organization.

3. How it is used

To operate the service: authentication, collecting and moderating submissions, sending transactional and organization-authored email, and improving reliability and security.

4. Sharing & storage

We use service providers (for example, email delivery and cloud storage) under agreements that limit their use of data to providing those services. Data is stored on infrastructure we control.

5. Respondent choices

Respondents control the display and contact preferences they select, and may unsubscribe from organization broadcasts at any time via the link in those emails.
